📄 Offline Registration

If you prefer to apply offline, please download the admission form, fill it carefully, and submit it at the Madrasa office along with the required documents.

📑 Documents Required During Admission

  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C)
  • Parents’ Aadhaar or Voter ID photocopy
  • 4 Passport-size photos
  • Pass Book photocopy
  • Father’s Death Certificate (if orphan)
  • Leave Card (for returning students)

📘 Leave Rules

  1. Students are allowed to take leave once a month.
  2. No leave will be granted without the guardian’s permission.
  3. Unnecessary leave during weekdays will not be accepted.
  4. Leave applications must be submitted to the office on Wednesday night.
  5. Approved leave can be taken only after Thursday morning classes.
  6. In case of emergency, leave must be supported with valid reasons.
  7. Leave card must mention departure and return dates clearly.
  8. Oral leave requests are not acceptable; written leave is mandatory.
  9. If a student overstays leave, a fine of ₹100 or more will apply.
