📋 Offline Registration

Students who prefer to apply offline can download the registration form, fill it carefully, and submit it at the Madrasah office along with the required documents.

📑 Documents Required During Admission

  • • Birth Certificate
  • • Aadhaar Card
  • • Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
  • • Xerox copy of Parents’ Aadhaar & Voter ID
  • • 4 Passport-size Photographs
  • • Xerox copy of Bank Passbook
  • • Death Certificate of Father (for Orphan Students)
  • • Leave Card (for old students)

🕒 Leave Rules

  • 1️⃣ Leave can be taken only once a month.
  • 2️⃣ No leave will be granted without the guardian’s permission.
  • 3️⃣ No leave will be allowed in the middle of the week without valid reason.
  • 4️⃣ Leave application must be submitted to the office on Wednesday night.
  • 5️⃣ If accepted, students can leave after Thursday morning class.
  • 6️⃣ For special cases, proper reasons must be mentioned in the leave form.
  • 7️⃣ The Leave Card must record both departure and return dates.
  • 8️⃣ Verbal leave is not accepted; written leave is mandatory.
  • 9️⃣ Staying beyond the approved leave period will result in a fine of ₹100 or more.
